Polaris Holdings Expands Shareholder Benefits with Increased Discounts and Lower Investment Requirements

Polaris Holdings Boosts Shareholder Perks

In a strategic move to enhance shareholder engagement, Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chuo, Tokyo, has announced an expansion of its shareholder benefits program. The company aims to provide more opportunities for shareholders to experience its group hotels and deepen their understanding of its business operations.

Objectives of the Expanded Shareholder Benefits

The primary aim of enhancing the shareholder perks is twofold: to express gratitude for the ongoing support from shareholders, and to further encourage the use of its facilities and services. By doing so, Polaris also seeks to boost the attractiveness of investing in its stocks, enticing a broader range of individuals to hold onto their shares.

Key Changes in the Shareholder Benefits Program

One major change is the reduction of the minimum stock ownership requirement from 3,000 shares down to just 500. Additionally, certain accommodation discount vouchers will see their values increased, allowing for more substantial benefits for shareholders. As of March 31, 2026, shareholders listed on the company’s shareholder register will receive accommodation discount vouchers worth ¥2,000 each, depending on their number of held shares.

Breakdown of the New Voucher Scheme

Currently, the structure of the accommodation discount vouchers is designed as follows:
  • - 500 to 999 shares: ¥2,000 voucher
  • - 1,000 to 1,999 shares: ¥4,000 voucher
  • - 2,000 to 3,999 shares: ¥6,000 voucher
  • - 4,000 to 4,999 shares: ¥8,000 voucher
  • - 5,000 to 5,999 shares: ¥10,000 voucher
  • - 6,000 to 9,999 shares: ¥12,000 voucher
  • - 10,000 to 49,999 shares: ¥40,000 voucher
  • - 50,000 to 99,999 shares: ¥50,000 voucher
  • - 100,000 shares and above: ¥60,000 voucher

These changes are designed to enable many shareholders to enjoy increased advantages without needing a hefty initial investment. The validity of the accommodation discount vouchers remains unchanged, set to expire at the end of June following the issuance. For specific terms and eligible facilities, stakeholders are encouraged to refer to the official website.

Timeline for Implementation

The new shareholder benefits program is set to take effect for shareholders registered as of March 31, 2026. The distribution of accommodation discount vouchers is projected for early July 2026, aimed at enriching the experience of loyal investors.
