A Celebration of Local Culture at Ekute Nippori

The JR East Japan Cross Station Development Company proudly presents the community collaboration event, 'Welcome to Higurashi Shopping World' at Ekute Nippori, running from October 8th to October 31st. This year marks the fifth anniversary of the fair, which was initiated with the vision of connecting the station and the surrounding town. The theme for this year's event is 'Sounds that weave colors and echoes of Higurashi.'

Unique Local Events

On October 24-26, the popular 'Ochinoko Baton Nippori Neighbors' market makes its return, bringing together over ten unique local stores from the Yanesen area, including popular spots like Hiruneko BOOKS and the ETHNORTH GALLERY. These shops will offer a variety of artisanal goods and products, celebrating the local culture.

Added this year is the 'Nippori-Tanyasentakai Yori Michi Map Gacha,' where you can find a capsule toy vending machine offering recommended walking route maps for both day and night. As an added bonus, completing the route leads you to receive special gifts from local shops, providing a delightful incentive for exploration.

• - Sushiben x Chiyoda Koshizuka: A fusion of three varieties of grilled inari sushi and rolled corned beef.

Exciting Souvenir Options
