Jennifer Csik Hutchens brings a wealth of experience in healthcare and life sciences, focusing primarily on regulatory matters and transactional work. Based in the Charlotte office, she is set to strengthen the firm's presence in the healthcare sector significantly.

Prior to joining Dechert, Hutchens served as the global head of healthcare and life sciences at an international law firm. Her legal career began with a Charlotte-based firm, where she quickly rose to the position of partner and co-chair of its healthcare practice. Her broad transactional experience encompasses joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare contracting, and various collaborative transactions. Furthermore, her regulatory practice focuses heavily on navigating intricate healthcare laws and providing inclusive compliance advice. She has advised a diverse range of clients, from hospitals and healthcare corporations to private equity-backed funds and institutional investors.
