This multifaceted system helps in showcasing employees’ daily efforts, contributions, challenges, and growth as “マジオ・ゴールド.”

How V Points Work
V Points, which can be redeemed from “マジオ・ゴールド,” are universal points that can be accumulated and utilized at approximately 160,000 partner retailers across Japan and at around 100 million Visa-affiliated stores globally. Accumulated points can be exchanged at partner stores at a rate of 1 point equals 1 Yen. Notably, they can also be used at millions of locations worldwide that accept Visa's tap-to-pay feature, enhancing the everyday utility of these points for Majionet employees.
By seamlessly integrating point exchanges into daily transactions, employees can experience real-time recognition through their spending, tapping into a modern approach to corporate appreciation and welfare.
