Matilda's Exciting Summer Research Workshop Lab 2026

Matilda Co., Ltd., based in Koto, Tokyo, is thrilled to announce the return of its much-anticipated Summer Research Workshop Lab for families, taking place from July 25 to August 29, 2026. This year’s event promises to be even more engaging and enriching, allowing children to explore and learn in a vibrant setting, all while adhering to our mission of fostering a society where children can remain innocent and joyful.

Building on last year’s success, we have partnered with esteemed professionals from various fields including Poplar Publishing, a herbal medicine shop, Sano Miso, Tokyo Metro, and more to offer six unique experiences that go beyond the dining table. These workshops will encompass food-related activities, creative crafts, factory tours, and even robot programming sessions.

Every workshop participant will receive a useful worksheet for their independent research projects, along with a special souvenir. These interactive programs are crafted to stimulate children’s curiosity and creativity, ensuring they not only enjoy the experience but also connect it back to both conversations at the dinner table and their summer research assignments.
