Furthermore, when asked about their DX activities, 37.2% of companies expressed they had made no progress, reflecting a serious lack of engagement towards adopting DX strategies. Interestingly, while almost half of the respondents reported that they could digitize monthly revenues and profits, the ability to digitize employee skillsets and performance remains critically low, at just 9.7%.
