The Trailer House Development Company, a comprehensive manufacturer of trailer houses based in Chuo City, Tokyo, is excited to announce its participation in the first-ever Osaka Trailer House Show. This significant event will take place from April 15th to 17th, 2026, at Intex Osaka. Focusing on the vital issue of heatstroke prevention, the company will display several models, including the innovative "Heatstroke Prevention Room Trailer," registered with the Cabinet Office's "Disaster Response Vehicle Registration System," alongside the popular 9-meter chassis model "CHX90" and the new cost-effective toilet trailer series "And Compact". The company’s booth will be located at T-11.

1. Heatstroke Prevention Room Trailer

To combat the growing societal issue of heatstroke, the Trailer House Development Company is introducing a mobile heatstroke prevention space. This compact trailer includes a temperature monitor and a Sharp "Ice Slurry Refrigerator" to provide a cooling environment.

The Ice Slurry Refrigerator, which allows drinks to be stored in a slushy mix of liquid and tiny ice particles without freezing, enhances the space's function, allowing individuals to cool down while monitoring their body temperature. Designed to be a vehicle with license plates, it can be freely installed in locations where building structures are prohibited. Additionally, the trailer is equipped with an off-grid solar panel system and utilizes carbon-free materials, making it environmentally friendly. This facility is essential for creating comfortable working conditions in both industrial and disaster environments.

2. Mobile Shower Facility - Shower Trailer

Also featured is a dedicated shower trailer that has been registered with the Cabinet Office's disaster response vehicle program. This trailer is equipped with both private and barrier-free shower rooms, making it suitable for disaster areas, work sites, and outdoor events. The registration allows for swift deployment of the shower facilities in response to requests for disaster support.

3. CHX90 Trailer House Chassis

The company will also showcase the "CHX90," a popular 9-meter trailer house chassis. This chassis simplifies the process of building a roadworthy trailer house while ensuring safety and maneuverability through a lightweight design.

4. The Cost-Effective And Compact Series

Newly introduced at the show, the "And Compact" trailer series presents a skeleton model that offers flexibility in interior design. This series boasts a completely off-grid toilet trailer that does not require towing licenses or external utilities. Prices for these models start at 3.3 million yen (tax included).

The promotional focus will highlight the heatstroke prevention unit featuring the Ice Slurry Refrigerator developed by Sharp, demonstrating its utility in various free spaces. The 3.0 series allows drivers to shift trailers without specialized licenses.

In addition, two new toilet trailer models are being presented at a fraction of the usual costs, including:

- Toilet & Compact 3.0: Priced at 4.4 million yen, this trailer operates without water, can be installed anywhere, and is perfect for disaster-stricken areas.
- Toilet & Compact 4.3: At 6.16 million yen, this trailer comes furnished with comfortable restrooms, including a men's area with two urinals and one booth, and two booths for women. It is designed for easy installation in public spaces.
