Presenter Profile: Masanori Miyaji
Masanori Miyaji has a rich experience that spans several decades. After joining Kagome Co., Ltd. in 1984, he spent ten years in sales, followed by another ten years in marketing and sales planning. His career includes notable successes such as the branding of Setouchi lemons and establishing comprehensive partnership agreements with local municipalities, significantly contributing to regional revitalization efforts.
In addition to his current role at Pasona Group, where he handles agricultural issues and regional development through NATUREVERSE, Miyaji is also known for his initiative, the "Let’s Eat Vegetables Campaign," which underlines the importance of food sourcing in mitigating societal issues.
He emphasizes the growing complexity of social challenges in today's mature market, highlighting that co-creation is a fundamental strategy for effective problem-solving. Miyaji’s ventures have led to the foundation of the "Plant Based Lifestyle Lab" consortium, involving three companies including Pasona Group and approximately 53 partners. According to him, fostering community and trust through collaborative efforts is essential in reinforcing corporate brands, especially among younger demographics.
Insights on Co-Creation
Miyaji believes that rather than competing solely within the same market space, businesses should explore collaborations that enhance value creation. This perspective on shared growth lays the groundwork for what he describes as "true invincibility." Through his participation in the consortium meeting, attendees are invited to delve deeper into the principles surrounding co-creation and its integral role in business interactions today.
