Recognizing the growing potential of Phonoscape within the bridal sector, both companies engaged in strategic discussions and trial runs beginning in the summer of 2024, culminating in a partnership agreement in April 2026. This transition will not only hand over operations to TIPLOG but also ensure a smooth implementation process over the transition period up until July 31, 2026, during which Idein will assist in the operational takeover.
