Event Highlights

This three-day event will take place from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, where you can explore the following key attractions:

Outdoor MadeMarche

For the first time in Tachikawa, the popular MadeMarche marketplace will be held outdoors! It will feature a selection of handmade accessories, goods, textiles, and baked treats crafted by local artisans. It's an ideal opportunity to find unique gifts or a little something special for yourself. The outdoor setting adds a refreshing twist to the usual indoor experience, creating a vibrant atmosphere for all.

Tea and Daily Life Market

In collaboration with Nihoncha Seikatsu, the Tea and Daily Life Market will showcase an impressive array of tea vendors, including notable Japanese tea brands and local specialty shops from Tachikawa. You will find a range of products that bring harmony to your home and lifestyle. Notably, on November 3, a special tea ceremony will highlight warm hospitality and rich cultural traditions, allowing visitors to savor high-quality sencha in a beautiful setting.

Popup Shop by SOLAMONAT

Don't miss the exclusive popup shop by SOLAMONAT, an original brand by the select shop Woody House from Maizuru, Kyoto. This shop will be in the atrium, featuring their latest autumn-winter collection alongside popular figures from the YouTube channel Chūnen no Heya. Come and see these exquisite pieces first-hand!

Hidden Gem: Tea Ceremony Experience

On November 3, specially held for Bunka no Hi (Cultural Day), an engaging tea ceremony will be led by Yuhi Ichihara, a skilled tea practitioner from the Omoto Urasenke. As you sip aromatic sencha, you can appreciate the artistry of tea presented alongside complementary elements of calligraphy, tatami, and flowers. Each session will be free for 16 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early!
