Gintama Movie Event at NAMJATOWN: A Must-See Collaboration



Starting December 5, 2025, the indoor theme park NAMJATOWN, managed by Bandai Namco Experience, is hosting a special collaboration event titled "Gintama: The New Movie - Yoshiwara Firestorm - in NAMJATOWN". This highly anticipated event coincides with the theatrical release of the film scheduled for February 13, 2026, and runs until January 12, 2026, in Tokyo's Ikebukuro.

Once the Tokyo event wraps up, it will head to the Bandai Namco Cross Store in Hakata, Fukuoka, where it will be held from March 20 to May 17, 2026. This collaboration promises fans a delightful immersion into the world of Gintama, featuring themed mini-games, exclusive merchandise, and delectable food offerings inspired by the film.

The event is packed with activities and attractions tailored for fans of the beloved Gintama series. Here’s what to expect:

Mini-Games


1. Battle Begins! Yato's Umbrella Gacha
Participants can spin a Yato umbrella to begin battle and collect prizes based on the color of the gacha ball they receive. Each round costs 600 yen and can be played during specified hours, namely, weekdays from 1 PM to 8 PM, and weekends from 10 AM to 8 PM.
- Prizes:
- A Prize: Mini tapestry (6 designs)
- B Prize: Mini colored paper (6 designs)
- C Prize: Die-cut stickers (randomly given, 6 designs)

2. Layered Graphics Search Rally
Participants embark on a quest to find and stamp layered graphics scattered throughout the park. Once all stamps are collected, they can present them to receive a special prize. The participation fee is 900 yen, with the same operating hours as the umbrella game.
- Prizes: Wooden keychains (6 designs, randomly given)

Exclusive Merchandise


Fans can purchase original merchandise featuring specially drawn illustrations from the event. Some highlights include:
