Paul Kolevsohn arrives with over two decades of rich experience in real estate investment, research, and portfolio strategy. During his tenure, he was instrumental as Senior U.S. Investment Director and Partner, managing advisory and discretionary real estate portfolios with an estimated value of around $50 billion. He established strategic partnerships with investment managers catering to both institutional and wealth management clients, demonstrating his ability to drive substantial portfolios effectively.

Kolevsohn also participated as a voting member of Mercer's Real Assets Investment Committee, contributing to significant decision-making processes in investment strategies. His academic credentials include an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BBA from the University of Georgia. Additionally, he has taken the stage as a speaker at various industry conferences and written numerous research publications and white papers throughout his career.
