During his tenure, he was instrumental as Senior U.S. Investment Director and Partner, managing advisory and discretionary real estate portfolios with an estimated value of around $50 billion. He established strategic partnerships with investment managers catering to both institutional and wealth management clients, demonstrating his ability to drive substantial portfolios effectively.

Kolevsohn also participated as a voting member of Mercer's Real Assets Investment Committee, contributing to significant decision-making processes in investment strategies. His academic credentials include an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BBA from the University of Georgia. Additionally, he has taken the stage as a speaker at various industry conferences and written numerous research publications and white papers throughout his career.
