Upcoming Seminar on Architectural Management Exam Strategies
TAC Corporation, known for its educational services aimed at acquiring qualifications such as bookkeeping, tax accounting, and certified public accounting, will host an online seminar on November 19, 2025, starting at 19:30. The focus will be on strategies for the first-level architectural management technician's exam.
The key to success in this exam, like many national qualifications, lies in studying past questions. Most of the exam content tends to repeat itself, which means if candidates familiarize themselves with the questions and answers, they can potentially pass simply by memorizing them. However, considering the structure of the exam—where candidates must select from 60 questions out of a total of 72—taking the approach of memorizing every possible question might not be practical due to time constraints.
Additionally, there might be questions in the actual exam that have not appeared before, so even those who focus solely on memorization might find themselves encountering completely new problems. Therefore, this seminar will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the exam system for first-level architectural management technicians and review past questions to identify what topics are essential and how frequently they appear on the test.

Featured Presenter
Reiko Matsushima, TAC Course Instructor for the First-Level Architectural Management Technician Program
After graduating from university, I spent seven years working in a general contractor company, during which I experienced a variety of roles in construction projects ranging from reinforced concrete and steel structures to residential and plant constructions. This experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects from initiation to handover. Following my success in passing the first-level architectural management technician's exam, I also managed a construction site. Now, I have the privilege to teach at TAC.
I understand how challenging it can be to continue studying while working, as I have faced similar challenges in my own career. Therefore, I am dedicated to guiding busy students through targeted and effective study methods, so they can focus on the most relevant material. Let’s strive for success together!
