Join Journey for Their Final Frontier
Journey, the legendary band with a remarkable history, is set to grace Hawaii once again as part of the
2026 Gracianna Concert Series. Following captivating performances by musical icons
Josh Groban and the band
Earth, Wind & Fire, the excitement builds as
Journey prepares for a special farewell tour concert at the
Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in
Honolulu on
September 8, 2026.
Having performed in Hawaii over 30 times since 1974, Journey has cultivated a cherished connection with the islands. The concert is expected to include fan-favorite tracks like "Don't Stop Believin'", "Any Way You Want It", and "Wheel In The Sky", ensuring a nostalgic and exhilarating experience for fans of all ages.
With a staggering
100 million albums sold worldwide, Journey's impact on music is undeniable, culminating in their 2017 induction into the
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The band’s relationship with Hawaii, which began shortly after their formation, has evolved into a beautiful narrative shared through music and memories. Journey's first public performance was at the
Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco on New Year’s Eve in 1973, and just a day later, they performed at the
Diamond Head Crater in Hawaii to an audience of over
100,000.
As a gesture of support for communities affected by the recent
Kona Low storms,
$1 from each ticket sold will contribute to local recovery efforts through the
Hawaiian Council/Kākoʻo Mai. This initiative underscores Journey’s commitment to giving back to the places that hold such significant meaning for them.
