This state-of-the-art facility coincides with the beginning of the mass production of its flagship T800 series of humanoid robots, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey towards scaling its manufacturing capabilities.

EngineAI Robotics, a pioneer in humanoid robotics, is set to revolutionize the industry with its advanced manufacturing processes. With a production capacity aiming to reach 10,000 units, the facility spans approximately 12,000 square meters. It streamlines all phases of production—from material input control and component assembly checks to final assembly, quality checks, bulk shipping, and post-sales service. The efficiency of this integrated manufacturing setup allows a new humanoid robot to roll off the production line every 15 minutes.

From our first test machine in 2024 to the small series production of hundreds of PM01 units in 2025, we are now ready to ramp up to mass production, driven by a system focused on quality, efficiency, and intelligent manufacturing.”

4. Rigorous Testing and Validation: Each robot is subjected to 79 dimensional quality checks and 46 condition-simulation tests prior to shipment. This ensures consistent performance and reliability across all units.
