Escalade, Inc. Appoints Armin Boehm as CEO

This transition follows the planned retirement of the incumbent CEO, Walter P. Glazer, Jr., who has held the position since August 2024.

With over 30 years of leadership experience across notable global brands and three continents, Boehm comes to Escalade with impressive credentials. His most recent position was Chief Commercial Officer at Gibson Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, where he played a key role in the company’s growth in the musical instrument and sound solutions market.
Before his time at Gibson, Boehm led the commercial and marketing operations for various esteemed brands at Amer Sports, including Salomon and Wilson. His career also includes notable achievements at Puma, where he oversaw sales and merchandising across Asia and was instrumental in establishing Puma's presence in China. Additionally, his early career saw him engage in innovation initiatives at both Levi Strauss and Adidas, further solidifying his reputation in the industry.
Boehm is equipped with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from FH Ludwigshafen, Germany, along with a Diploma in Engineering from FH Coburg, Germany. His passion extends beyond professional achievements to personal interests, including traveling, music, and outdoor activities with his family.
