SEGA has kicked off the first anniversary campaign for its popular mobile and PC game, Persona 5: The Phantom X (abbreviated as P5X). This marks a year of engaging players and expanding its universe, and with the release of Update Version 4.4, fans can look forward to a host of new features and events.

New Update and Collaborations

Among the highlights is a new event titled “Miraculous Concert,” featuring collaborations with the famous virtual singer Hatsune Miku. Players will have the opportunity to participate in music-themed gameplay, including battles against bosses, using songs by Hatsune Miku. Furthermore, participants can receive special event items, dubbed “Miku Points,” which can be exchanged for various collectibles and enhancements within the game.

The update also introduces Hatsune Miku as a ★5 character. Under the PICKUP Idol Contract, she will have an increased appearance rate, allowing players to strengthen their teams with her special abilities. Miku can switch between songs during combat, enhancing allies’ powers based on the currently playing track. - An anniversary playback feature lets players reflect on their journey in P5X and share their in-game records to earn special anniversary cards and frames.
- Players can collect “Thief Scratch Cards” through missions, which can be exchanged for valuable resources like “Versatile Crystals” that are crucial for character development.
- A series of story missions connected to the collaboration will allow both new and old players to collect generous rewards, such as large quantities of “Versatile Crystals.”

Extended Rewards and Opportunities

Players can also take part in various missions linked to collaborative mini-games and check in daily to receive additional bonuses, including Platinum Tickets and Platinum Milicoins. Each day, players are granted opportunities to gather “Thief Cognition Fragments” through daily gifts from the shop, crafting a total of up to 60 pieces over the campaign period.

Additionally, a special invitation ticket event will allow players to unlock familiar characters, enriching the gameplay experience. This event is designed to empower players to grasp every opportunity in the game, as they accumulate valuable rewards whole interacting with the ongoing anniversary festivities.
