SERES Achieves Record Net Profit as First Luxury EV Maker Listed 'A+H'
On October 30, 2025, SERES announced its financial results for the third quarter of the year, revealing a significant net profit of 5.312 billion RMB for the first three quarters. This impressive figure marks a year-on-year growth of 31.56%, solidifying SERES's position as the first luxury electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer listed on both the A-share and H-share stock markets.
The company's total revenue reached an astounding 110.534 billion RMB, showcasing the growing demand for their luxury EVs, particularly the AITO product line, which has expanded rapidly. The highlight has been the launch of new models, including the AITO M5 Ultra and the 2025 edition of the AITO M9. The family model AITO M8 and the entirely new AITO M7 have also hit the market with much success. In total, SERES has sold over 800,000 units across all AITO models, with the M9 alone accounting for more than 250,000 units within just 21 months of its release, establishing a new benchmark in the 500,000 RMB segment.
Furthermore, the AITO M8 has exceeded 100,000 units sold, maintaining its position as the best-selling model in the 400,000 RMB segment for four consecutive months. The newly launched AITO M7 has shown great promise, achieving over 20,000 sales within the first 36 days of its launch. This impressive market performance has not gone unnoticed; a recent survey conducted by Landroads Consulting in the first half of 2025 found that AITO ranked first in brand development trust index among alternative energy vehicles, while the AITO M9 topped the Net Promoter Score (NPS) ranking with a score of 85.2.
This growing success is attributed to SERES’s forward-thinking approach towards technological innovation. The company has focused heavily on a software-defined vehicle strategy, investing significantly in key technologies like electrification and intelligent systems. Their cornerstone innovations feature the SERES MF technology platform, SERES Super Range Extender, and the SERES Intelligent Safety system, all of which enhance the competitiveness of their products.
In recognition of its achievements, SERES received the prestigious 2024 Golden Bull Most Valuable Investment Award, affirming its status as a standout investment opportunity in the market. Additionally, SERES has climbed 270 places in the latest ranking of China’s top 500 enterprises, now positioned at 190, recognizing it as one of the fastest-growing companies in the list.
On October 27, 2025, SERES launched its first initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, with plans to enter the main market on November 5. This move will make them the first luxury EV manufacturer to be listed in both mainland China and Hong Kong, professionally indicated as 'A+H'. This dual listing is expected to provide an additional boost to SERES’s growth trajectory, further enhancing its market position and brand visibility.
