Casey, Jr. in Greater Scranton, where he provided assistance to constituents regarding federal issues. His involvement in community-oriented efforts also extended to his role as a Campaign Fellow with the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, facilitating grassroots initiatives in Centre and Clinton counties.

Musto earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School, actively participating in key organizations such as the Public Contract Law Journal and as Secretary of the American Constitution Society chapter. He was involved in the Equal Justice Foundation and showcased his litigation skills by competing in his law school's first-year moot court competition. Before law school, Musto graduated cum laude from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
