Suit Up 2026 Regional Support Campaign Launches for Kanagawa Small Businesses

Suit Up 2026 Regional Support Campaign - Phase 2

Suit Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has announced the launch of the second phase of their "Suit Up 2026 Regional Support Campaign." This initiative aims to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Kanagawa Prefecture with fewer than 100 employees by offering a discount campaign for those interested in their cloud-based project and task management tool.

Campaign Overview

From January 13 to January 23, 2026, SMEs in Kanagawa can apply for a 20% discount on paid plans of the Suit Up service by submitting an inquiry through the company's online form. Once they complete the inquiry, they can proceed to subscribe to the paid plan. Participating businesses should specify "Suit Up 2026 Regional Support Campaign" in the inquiry section of the form provided at this link.

The potential cost savings are significant. For example, a company with 30 employees, where supervisors and subordinates check task progress twice daily for 8 minutes, could face costs amounting to approximately 1.19 million yen per month merely due to progress checks. This underlines the need for effective task management tools that enhance visibility and streamline work processes.

Research conducted by Nulab reveals that current task management practices in SMEs primarily focus on individual approaches, with 31.2% utilizing email and calendar functions, and 30.6% relying on handwritten notes or planners. In contrast, only 25.2% use Excel or spreadsheets for team task management, while dedicated task management tools account for just 11.7% of usage. This gap illustrates the critical necessity for teams to adopt collaborative task management solutions to improve productivity in SMEs.

Recognizing this opportunity, Suit Inc. has initiated the campaign to promote the adoption of task management across teams, viewing it as a crucial step towards enhancing the productivity of small businesses.
