This year's edition will commemorate Alimentaria's 50th anniversary, marked by a substantial expansion over 100,000 m² spread across seven pavilions. There will be an impressive 41% increase in international participation compared to 2024, showcasing a growing global interest.
The expo will welcome over 3,300 exhibiting companies, with nearly 1,000 hailing from 70 countries—representing more than 30% of the total exhibitors. Notably, Europe leads the international representation, with Poland as the featured country, while Asia and Latin America will also have significant presences.
