In an exciting development for the private equity landscape, GTCR has announced that Rohan Ranadive will join the firm as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His appointment comes as Anna May Trala retires from her role after 22 significant years, during which she played an essential part in the firm’s financial growth and stability. Trala will remain connected with GTCR in the capacity of Senior Advisor, allowing the firm to continue benefiting from her extensive experience.
Rohan Ranadive is well-equipped to take on this critical leadership role, boasting over two decades of experience in private equity and financial management. Before joining GTCR, he held the position of Managing Director of Finance Operations at Vista Equity Partners. His professional journey began at Ernst & Young, and he accumulated impressive credentials as Chief Financial Officer at Aviditi Advisors, as well as spending 12 years at TPG Capital in various finance and accounting roles. His educational background includes a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas, along with his certification as a CPA.
