Infrastructure Capital Introduces New Distribution for QVOL Amidst Rising Market Interest

Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC has officially announced its first distribution for the Infrastructure Capital Nasdaq Option Income ETF (QVOL), aimed at income-seeking investors. This ETF is strategically designed to blend options premium strategies alongside equity exposure to the Nasdaq Composite Index. The declared distribution stands at $1.04 per share monthly, indicating an annualized distribution rate projected between 12% and 15%.

The company, which specializes in investment management solutions, emphasizes that these promising targets reflect their expectations from the options premiums that QVOL aims to generate along with the dividends from its equity holdings. However, they caveat that actual distributions may vary based on fluctuating market conditions, adding a layer of unpredictability to the expected income stream.

The announced distribution is set to come into effect with an ex-date of July 30, 2026, a record date of likewise, and payments expected to be processed by July 31, 2026. Alongside QVOL, Infrastructure Capital confirmed monthly dividends for its other ETFs: SCAP at $0.250 per share and ICAP, also at $0.250 per share, highlighting its consistent income-focused strategy.

Infrastructure Capital aims to diversify its offerings while maintaining its dynamic management style, and QVOL represents a point of entry for investors looking to maximize income without sacrificing growth prospects, especially within the tech-heavy Nasdaq environment. Jay Hatfield, the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Infrastructure Capital Advisors, noted that current market dynamics compel investors to seek steady income sources without entirely relinquishing exposure to growth. He described QVOL's structure as advantageous in capitalizing on the recent uptick in market volatility through active options strategies.

As QVOL embarks on this journey, it will utilize discipline in its options-writing strategy while strategically positioning investments for potential capital appreciation. The fund aims to maintain at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities and options contracts associated with the Nasdaq. Employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis, QVOL's managers will pinpoint opportunities that signal relative value in the market.

Infrastructure Capital, managing assets exceeding $4.0 billion as of today, elaborates on its commitment to delivering effective income-focused solutions for its client base. QVOL joins an array of investment vehicles under the Infrastructure Capital umbrella, which includes established ETFs like the Virtus InfraCap U.S. Preferred Stock ETF, InfraCap REIT Preferred ETF, and others.

Investors interested in exploring the dividend potential of QVOL or other Infrastructure Capital products can find detailed information on the company's website, along with insights on the upcoming monthly market and economic webinars led by Jay Hatfield. This initiative allows investors to stay informed about market shifts and economic outlooks, further empowering their investment decision processes.

In summary, QVOL is structured to provide a pronounced income stream, and Infrastructure Capital continues to innovate within this space to cater to the needs and preferences of income-focused investors, particularly in the fast-evolving market landscape.
