Studio Bside Announces Major Update and Collaboration

Studio Bside, led by CEO RYU KUMTAE, is set to launch a highly anticipated collaboration event for their collection RPG, StarSavior. This event will feature the popular IP Counter Side and will be celebrated along with a significant game update named StarSavior 2.0 on March 19, 2026. In conjunction with the event, global official service will commence on the same date.

Collaboration Event with Counter Side

From March 19, the collaboration kicks off with a special event story titled "The First Invasion Remnant: A Period in the Monologue." This event will span approximately three weeks and promises to deliver engaging gameplay for fans.

Featured Characters

Two beloved characters from Counter Side, Yanagi Mina (voiced by Nanako Mizuki) and Hilde (voiced by Yoko Hikasa), will join as SSR support characters during the event. Yanagi Mina will be distributed to all users as part of the event missions, enhancing the gaming experience.

Introduction of New SSR Unit: Rosalia

In the third week of the event, on April 2, a new SSR unit named Rosalia, a character of formidable presence, will be introduced as part of the Cosmic lineup.

Major Update: StarSavior 2.0

In response to user feedback, the StarSavior 2.0 update aims to significantly improve the overall gaming experience. New features will include skill multiplier displays, expanded inventory, and battle skip options, making gameplay more intuitive and enjoyable.

New Content

Additionally, new systems such as Star Challenges and operation hard modes for sectors 7 to 10 will be introduced, providing players with increasingly strategic content options.

Update Celebration Campaign

Players can participate in a rewards campaign, where completing missions will yield prizes like SSR Yanagi Mina, over 100 observation tickets necessary for the summoning of support characters and Arcana, as well as exclusive items such as Quasar Cores.
