Boeing Ramps Up Support for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh with Platinum Sponsorship Renewal

Boeing [NYSE: BA] has announced its renewed commitment to the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) by continuing its Platinum Level sponsorship for the annual AirVenture Oshkosh fly-in convention. This partnership reaffirms Boeing's dedication to promoting aviation and encouraging future generations of aviation professionals.

The partnership was officially initiated in 2011 and has grown significantly over the years, resulting in one of the largest vendor presences at AirVenture. With this renewed three-year agreement, Boeing will maintain its naming rights to Boeing Plaza and will continue to provide free admissions to all youth attendees aged 18 and younger. This initiative has already introduced nearly 500,000 kids to the world of aviation over a short span of just three years.

In addition to preserving the youth admission initiative, the agreement highlights Boeing as the Presenting Sponsor of WomenVenture, which aims to foster female participation in the aviation field. Boeing will also support the Airline Crew Check-in and continue to sponsor various KidVenture activities, enhancing the AirVenture experience for young attendees.

“AirVenture's growing participation reflects not only the excitement within general aviation but also its expanding horizons in commercial, business, and military sectors,” stated Chris Raymond, President and CEO of Boeing Global Services. “The event serves as a fantastic platform to showcase Boeing's extensive range of products and services.”

Following the renewal announcement, Jack Pelton, EAA CEO and chairman, expressed gratitude for Boeing’s enduring partnership. He remarked, “Boeing has long been a cherished partner to EAA. The vibrancy of Boeing Plaza has made it the heartbeat of AirVenture, and their support for free youth admissions has allowed an impressive number of children to discover the awe-inspiring realm of aviation.”

Boeing and EAA collectively aim to foster a love for aviation that will inspire children and young adults to consider careers in the field, ensuring the future of the aviation industry remains bright. EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is widely recognized as 'The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration,' making this partnership all the more significant.

Through this sponsorship, Boeing not only enhances its commitment to the aviation community but also drives younger generations to engage with and explore possibilities within aviation careers. Up-to-date information regarding Boeing's programs and activities at AirVenture 2026 can be followed through Boeing's and EAA’s websites.
