JBR Expands Emergency Services for Businesses

Japan Best Rescue System Co., or JBR, is set to enter the business sector with a substantial expansion of its emergency response services. This innovative step comes in partnership with USEN TRUST, a subsidiary of USEN & U-NEXT GROUP, and focuses on providing crucial support for businesses in need of fast assistance.

From August 27, 2023, JBR is rolling out its new offering, called “Tenant Assurance 365,” for clients enrolled in USEN TRUST's commercial rent guarantee program. Designed to address emergencies like plumbing issues, electrical failures, broken glass, and lock problems, the service leverages JBR's extensive nationwide network to ensure rapid response and assistance.

Background to the Service Launch

In recent years, many sectors, including restaurants, beauty salons, clinics, and retail stores, have been grappling with severe labor shortages, along with a lack of specialized personnel. These challenges have made it increasingly difficult for businesses to efficiently manage equipment failures, leading to potential revenue loss and operational hurdles. Equipment issues like leaks, power outages, lock failures, and broken glass not only disrupt daily operations but can also result in significant financial losses.

Adding to the complexity, businesses often find themselves burdened by the need to search for repair professionals on their own, especially as many existing service providers struggle with staff shortages and succession planning. This situation has highlighted a pressing need in the business sector for reliable and swift equipment repair solutions.

Recognizing this demand, JBR aims to transfer its successful track record in residential services to the business sector. Drawing on its wealth of experience and a strong partnership network of service providers, JBR is poised to deliver efficient troubleshooting services to business operators, ensuring they can focus on their core operations.

Expert Insights

Shintaro Nishimoto, Executive Officer of JBR, commented on this new initiative, stating: “JBR has diligently promoted membership-based emergency services in the housing sector, collaborating with various partners to advance market development. Our goal now is to extend the safety and assurance we've created in residential areas to businesses, thereby establishing a robust service infrastructure that supports both homes and enterprises.”

He further elaborated on the strategic synergy between JBR and USEN TRUST, emphasizing the combination of USEN TRUST's financial security and JBR's expertise in equipment troubleshooting. “By integrating our strengths, we hope to provide real peace of mind to real estate management companies and business operators, addressing the critical issue of equipment failures that directly impacts business continuity,” Nishimoto concluded.
