The guide supports three languages: Japanese, English, and Korean, allowing a diverse range of visitors to engage with the content. However, the Japanese version offers a unique touch as it features Yuki Yamada, the brand's ambassador. He presents the narrative across seven captivating episodes, taking guests on a journey through the brewery and enhancing their experience with his engaging voice. Visitors can expect a deep and rich audio immersion that lasts approximately 30 minutes, making the experience both informative and enjoyable.

The service operates on a lending system, providing a dedicated device along with headphones for an uninterrupted experience. The audio guide is affordably priced at 700 yen, or for those looking to indulge a bit more, a special package that includes a drink of YEBISU Infinity beer is available for 1,800 yen.

About Yuki Yamada

A well-known actor born on September 18, 1990, in Aichi Prefecture, Yuki Yamada began his career with an impressive debut in the film Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. His talent has earned him several accolades, including the Most Buzz-Worthy Award at the 47th Japan Academy Prize and the Best Actor Award at the 49th ceremony. He has starred in prominent recent works, including the NHK historical drama Dosuru Ie Yasu, and films such as Gojira 1.0 and Kingdom: The General's Return.
