Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is set to launch its first-ever dessert buffet titled "和×いちご デザートビュッフェ" (Wa x Strawberry Dessert Buffet) starting from March 1, 2026. This unique buffet will be available exclusively on weekends and holidays, providing guests an exceptional culinary experience that blends traditional Japanese cuisine with seasonal strawberry delights.

Located in Minato Ward's vibrant Odaiba area, the buffet will feature stunning views of Tokyo Bay, enhancing the overall enjoyment of this seasonal event. The concept aims to invite guests to indulge in a wide array of strawberry-infused desserts while surrounded by the serene ambiance of a traditional Japanese setting.

The dessert selection will include classic favorites like strawberry shortcake and strawberry tarts, alongside unique offerings such as strawberry mousse and chocolate gateau featuring the freshest strawberries. A notable feature of this buffet will be the opportunity to taste two varieties of fresh strawberries, allowing guests to fully appreciate their natural sweetness and aroma.

In addition to the sweet treats, guests can enjoy savory options, such as thick omelets flavored with sakura shrimp and seaweed, and the spring-inspired dish of sea bream steamed with a coating of Domyoji flour, infused with the fragrance of cherry blossom leaves.

The complete buffet experience includes a variety of drinks like coffee, tea, and traditional Japanese tea, with the option to have freshly whisked matcha available for an additional charge.
