BAR LIBRE in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Guests can indulge in the delightful pairing of these creative cocktails with select artisanal cheeses, creating a truly exceptional gastronomic experience.
Sato, who brings a wealth of experience from various culinary backgrounds, will offer three distinctive cocktails paired with cheese that promises to tantalize the taste buds. Attendees can enjoy a cocktail lineup featuring:

- - 1800 Tequila, a premium brand representing the best of Mexico.
- - Kraken Black Spiced Rum, a flavorful rum from Trinidad and Tobago blended with over 11 spices.

Meet the Guest Bartender
Sato Tsukuru, the guest bartender for the evening, is highly regarded in the cocktail scene. Known for his ability to blend creativity with technical skill, Sato has gained acclaim in various culinary settings encompassing Mexican, Italian, and Spanish cuisines. Since 2022, he has been the head bartender at BAR LIBRE, which was recognized in Asia’s 50 Best Bars. Here, he has developed original cocktails and elevated cheese dishes into a Japanese-style aperitivo known as
#ちゐず懐石.
Sato is a finalist in the 2023 Diageo World Class competition, took second place in the Campari Competition the same year, and is a finalist for the Remy Martin competition in 2025. He holds qualifications such as being a
Comrade of Cheese from the Cheese Professional Association and is recognized as a
Rum Concierge by the Japan Rum Association. Recently, he has taken on the role of ambassador for
Kyoto Mead, furthering his dedication to enriching food and drink experiences.
