Open House Group's IT Division to Shine at 2025 IT Award Ceremony

Open House Group, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is proud to announce that Kanji Tada from its Information Systems Department will be featured as a speaker at the upcoming 2025 IT Award ceremony. This prestigious event, organized by the Japan Information Technology Association, will occur on January 30, 2026, at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo.

The IT Award recognizes exceptional achievements in business transformation and social contributions driven by the innovative use of IT and digital technologies. It aims to promote effective strategies within Japan's commercial and public sectors, showcasing remarkable endeavors that aid in Japan's broader journey towards digitization and technological advancement. This year marks the 43rd edition of the awards, with a total of 40 awards going to 52 different organizations, including Open House Group, which is honored for its management and business reform.

The award ceremony will take place on January 29, 2026, in Tokyo, followed by the award commemorative lecture where award-winning representatives, including Tada, will share their insights. Tada's lecture, entitled "Building an IT Department That Meets the Demands of Young Graduates," will outline the strategies Open House has adopted to respond flexibly and promptly to various requests from different business units.

Speaker Profile: Kanji Tada

Kanji Tada currently holds the position of Manager within the System Planning Group of the Information Systems Department at Open House Group. After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined the company in 2018. His career path has included roles in the real estate revenue business and business planning, leading to his current focus on IT in 2023. During his time in business planning, Tada led a project that developed a proprietary system for managing B2B sales activity data, which has shaped his current approach to leveraging IT and data.
