Yokohama's historical fabric just got an exciting refresh with the recent opening of the TRAN.SCENDER® HÔTEL, a unique lifestyle hotel that commemorates the vibrant spirit of Yokohama Chinatown. Founded by Profits Corp, with backing from Taisei Corporation, the hotel is launched on November 14, 2025, revitalizing an old dining facility into a comforting haven where guests can immerse themselves in the city’s rich culture and history.

Transformation from Restaurant to Hotel

The six-story building that previously housed a row of restaurants has been skillfully converted into a modern hotel. Floors two to six have been transformed into tranquil guest rooms, designed thoughtfully to ensure comfort and relaxation.
