This year's afternoon tea introduces an exciting lineup of sweets and savory dishes that emphasize the vibrant flavors of summer, using seasonal fruits and vegetables. Guests can look forward to refreshing glass desserts featuring a delightful blend of acerola and coconut mousse, tropical-tasting sweets like a chocolate sablé layered with rich mango and passion fruit mousse, and the irresistible mariottozzo delicately encasing sweet peach compote. Each dish is designed to encapsulate the best of the summer harvest.

On the savory side, the menu features innovative pairings, such as Caprese-style pinchos made with peach and cream cheese, refreshing avocado rolls with smoked salmon and cucumber, and a salad of scallops complemented with passion fruit sauce. Each element is thoughtfully crafted to provide a summery flavor explosion and a feast for the eyes.

The afternoon tea is not only available during the day but can also be enjoyed on weekdays during dinner hours (excluding Wednesdays), allowing six lucky guests to relish the experience in an intimate setting.
