Edwin Pieters brings a wealth of experience, having served as a federal Immigration Judge and an Administrative Law Judge in New York City. His background also includes time as an Assistant District Attorney. Pieters holds multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor from the CUNY School of Law and a Master of Law in Criminal Law from SUNY Buffalo.
Denise Hinds is recognized for her more than thirty years in legal affairs, having served as a federal Immigration Judge and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
The addition of these three legal experts marks a significant advancement for FAIR, positioning the organization to confront various legal challenges more robustly while advocating for fundamental immigration policies that reflect the interests of American citizens.
Their extensive legal backgrounds and dedicated advocacy work are expected to play a critical role in FAIR's ongoing efforts to promote lawful immigration practices and to hold accountable those policies perceived as counterproductive to domestic interests. FAIR invites inquiries and interviews with their new team members, eager to engage further with the public on these crucial issues facing the nation today.
