SPX FLOW Expands Global Pump Service Network
SPX FLOW, a leading technology and manufacturing company, has announced a remarkable expansion of its Pump Solutions service network. This enhancement increases the number of certified partners from just five to more than thirty, reflecting the company's commitment to providing robust aftersales support for its Johnson Pump and Bran+Luebbe pump equipment. This initiative aims to strengthen connections with customers by delivering localized expertise and quicker service, thereby addressing the needs of markets with large install bases but limited access to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services.
The newly appointed Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) have been selected based on their exceptional technical capabilities, geographic location, and established customer relationships. "Authorized Service Providers play a critical role in our service model," explains Stephanie White, Vice President of Aftermarket for Pump Solutions at SPX FLOW. "They offer our customers the assurance of OEM-quality repairs and services, regardless of where they are located. Our investment in this network allows us to provide faster response times and consistent service standards globally."
All ASPs undergo rigorous training and certification to meet the same standards as technicians at SPX FLOW service centers, ensuring that customers receive the precision and reliability they have come to expect from the company’s facilities located in countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, India, and the United States.
Mark Tuinman, Head of Sales at Nordic Flow AS, one of the new ASPs, shared how having a direct relationship with SPX FLOW enhances operational flexibility. He recalls a time when SPX FLOW provided immediate assistance by delivering critical parts to Norway, which was crucial in keeping a project on schedule. This level of support exemplifies the strong partnerships that SPX FLOW fosters with its ASPs.
Furthermore, many of the ASPs maintain a localized inventory of parts, which promotes quicker fulfillment and improves regional inventory management. This capability is essential for reducing downtime and increasing responsiveness to customer needs. Looking ahead, SPX FLOW plans to continue expanding its ASP network in 2026, aiming to further enhance the availability of genuine quality parts and lifecycle support worldwide.
The timing of this announcement aligns perfectly with World Quality Week, showcasing SPX FLOW's ongoing dedication to service excellence within the industry. "There’s no better time to highlight this expansion than during an event that celebrates quality," adds White.
