On November 26, 2025, Tokyo Weekender, Japan’s oldest English-language lifestyle media outlet, celebrated its remarkable 55-year journey with a black-tie charity gala. This special event, dubbed the "Tokyo Weekender 55th Anniversary Black-Tie Charity Gala / TW Icon Awards curated by SUPER," took place at the prestigious Tokyo American Club. The evening honored not only the readers and partners who have supported Tokyo Weekender but also celebrated the rich tapestry of Japanese culture and its dissemination across the globe.
