SINEXCEL Secures Prestigious TÜV SÜD Certification for Its 1725 kW Energy Conversion System

SINEXCEL Achieves TÜV SÜD Certification for 1725 kW Energy Conversion System

SHENZHEN, China, March 7, 2025 — SINEXCEL (300693.SZ), a global pioneer in modular energy storage and electric vehicle charging solutions, has successfully certified its Front-of-Meter (FTM) energy conversion system (PCS) rated at 1725 kW with the rigorous TÜV SÜD's VDE 4110 and 4120 certifications. This recognition underpins SINEXCEL's commitment to providing high-performance energy solutions for today's power grid needs.

Strict Testing and Certification Process

The VDE 4110 (medium voltage) and 4120 (high voltage) standards represent some of the strictest in Europe, ensuring that grid-connected devices meet the highest benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance established by the energy grid standards. These standards demand reliable and stable performance in utility networks, protective mechanisms, and adherence to operational requirements including stringent voltage stability, frequency characteristics, and reactive power management capabilities.

SINEXCEL has successfully undergone TR3 testing, TR4 modeling, and TR8 certification processes, showcasing its engineering expertise and capability to meet international energy grid standards.

Efficient and Adaptable Design

The PCS system, designed with a capacity of 1725 kW, features a modular architecture (ranging from 215 kW to 1.72 MW per module), enabling flexible deployment and customization for various energy storage and management tasks. This system can replace both central and series-connected inverter configurations while supporting a range of battery configurations.

With an efficiency rate of up to 98.5%, the technology implemented in the system includes multi-string connections that optimize battery safety, while peak smoothing and load switching capabilities help to minimize operating costs. A combined AC and DC output facilitates easy management, providing redundancy, increased availability, and reliability across various power system segments.

NEMA 3R-rated cabinets ensure the system’s durability under harsh conditions, with a rapid 10 ms response time balancing the network in real-time. Notably, this solution adheres to industry standards in North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan.

Expanding Global Compliance and Market Reach

With this recent certification, SINEXCEL further enhances its global regulatory compliance, boasting over 60 certified models and certifications for grid connectivity in more than 40 countries and regions worldwide. This includes VDE certifications for high voltage (4120), medium voltage (4110), and low voltage (4105) applications in the UK, Austria, and Germany.

This milestone confirms SINEXCEL's dedication to delivering high-performing energy solutions that adapt to the evolving energy landscape while striving for energy independence.
