Career Support Event for Individuals with Mental Health Challenges by Kizuki Business College

Kizuki Business College Career Support Event

On November 12, 2025, Kizuki Business College (KBC) is hosting a vital online career support event aimed at individuals struggling with mental health issues, such as depression and developmental disorders. With the tagline, "Creating a society where anyone can start over, anytime," KBC seeks to empower individuals who have faced unemployment or challenges due to their conditions.

KBC, led by CEO Yusuke Yasuda and headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, operates a transition support program for those who have left the workforce due to mental health challenges. Every month, approximately 400 inquiries related to job concerns, like the feelings of inadequacy stemming from repeated mistakes at work, flood into KBC's website.

Individuals often express sentiments like, "I feel that I can only handle simple tasks, which discourages me," or, "After disappointing my family in the job market, I found it pointless to keep trying." KBC's mission is to create a society where people can start anew and thrive through its career support initiatives. We invite you to join us in this mission!
