This June, they bring back two delectable items that promise to delight diners:

1. Edamame Mini Tempura and Kisu Tempura (Soba/Udon) - ¥680
- Enjoy a delightful combination of the mini edamame tempura, praised for its crispy texture, and the succulent kisu tempura that boasts a light and sophisticated flavor. This vibrant dish not only satisfies the palate but also pleases the eyes, making it a perfect choice for summer. It’s available with both soba and udon, served either hot or cold.

2. Chicken Soboro and Fried Eggplant Cold Soba (Soba/Udon) - ¥680
- Back by popular demand, last year’s refreshing cold menu has returned with improved flavors! This dish features house-made fried eggplant that absorbs the rich broth paired with ginger-infused chicken soboro, creating a light and refreshing experience. Select from chilled soba or chilled udon to enjoy this delightful meal.

Menu Availability

The summer menu will be available from June 1st to the end of June 2026, starting at 10 AM until orders stop shortly before closing (15 minutes before store closure). However, customers should keep in mind that items may sell out earlier in some locations. Notably, the Hakone Soba Honjin and All Right Hakone Soba branches will not carry these limited-time offerings.
