Speaker Profiles

Takashi Uematsu (CEO): Uematsu holds a graduate degree in Business Design from Rikkyo University. Starting his career as a systems engineer, he transitioned to a major systems integrator for IT outsourcing sales. In 2012, he joined Salesforce.com (now Salesforce Japan), where he led transformations across enterprise and SMB sectors, before becoming executed officer in 2019 and assuming the role of CEO at ITANDI in June 2026.

Akihiro Nagashima (CINO): Nagashima obtained a master's degree in Information Systems Engineering from Tsukuba University. He began his career at Nifti and joined ITANDI during its startup phase in 2014, where he initiated new businesses. After a stint as a Product Manager at Mercari, he returned to ITANDI in 2018, overseeing various departments and currently serving as CINO since June 2026.
