Toshifumi Iwaguchi holds a degree in science from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He started his career with Yamaichi Securities, where he contributed to sales planning, human resources, and international bond underwriting. After working at the Boston Consulting Group, he joined Recof in 1998 and became the president in 2020. He is now responsible for overall management and leads the planning and research departments, also serving as the chairman of Recof Data. His involvement with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry underlines his significant role in the field of M&A, where he is actively engaged in several think tanks and academic institutions.
Hideyuki Sawada - Head of Research Department, Recof Corporation
Hideyuki Sawada graduated from Nagoya University and began his career in Yamaichi Securities, engaging in research activities at the Economic Research Institute. After his tenure at a government-affiliated financial institution, he joined Recof in 2005. Sawada specializes in M&A trends across various industries and has contributed to academic and policy papers, ensuring the practical relevance of his research.

Sōtoku Saito graduated from Rikkyo University and initially worked in a major research firm, evaluating approximately 1,500 corporate entities in Japan.
