The need for reservations ahead of time is eliminated, allowing users to request rides during operational hours whenever they need them. The service operates between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, ensuring flexibility and ease for travelers.

The service covers over 100 stops, including some of Kuala Lumpur's iconic landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Tower, and Bukit Bintang, along with major hotels like the Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental.
