His most recent position was as Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales at Whirlpool Corporation, where he successfully managed more than $10 billion in North American consumer business across multiple channels including retail, direct-to-consumer, and builder/contract sectors.

Prior to his tenure at Whirlpool, Cichocki dedicated over twenty years at Kraft Foods and Nabisco, where he held several senior leadership positions, further cementing his reputation in delivering strong organizational performance.
