Upcoming 'Double Back Attack Week' Features 'Baium Back Attack' Event in Lineage2M
NC Corporation, based in Pangyo, South Korea, is excited to announce the second part of the 'Double Back Attack Week' in their next-generation open-world RPG, Lineage2M. This event, known as 'Baium Back Attack', will take place on May 1, 2026, from 20:20 to 22:30 (local time).
The 'Baium Back Attack' will be hosted in a dedicated event dungeon called 'Baium Back Attack (Event)'. Only players with characters above level 65 in the Origin World, and above level 60 in the Reserve World, can enter the dungeon. Once inside, players will automatically be assigned the class 'Solina' to prepare for the battle against Baium, utilizing Solina's exclusive event skill 'Shining Shot' for an edge in combat.
Within the dungeon, a safe zone is established, and starting from 20:30, numerous monsters, including the powerful generals such as 'Arrogance', 'Riders', and 'Forlentia' will begin to appear. Defeating these three generals will summon the final boss, 'Baium (Event)'. Players will need to destroy four parts of Baium: the shoulder, relic, elbow, and gauntlet, which will then drop into monster fragments. Eliminating these fragments, players can earn additional reward items such as the 'Revelation Book of Baium Fragments (Event)'. Successfully defeating 'Baium (Event)' will grant players various items, including the 'Revelation Book of Baium Back Attack (Event)' and the 'Certificate of Double Back Attack Week (Event)'.
Another exciting aspect of the event is the appearance of a special NPC, the 'Back Attack Merchant,' who will offer players the chance to use Adena to register unique, time-limited collections like the 'Trace of Baium (Event)', along with crafting materials such as 'Baium Tickets (Event)' and enhancement scrolls. Depending on the world, players will have different opportunities for what to exchange for, ranging from legend tier gear to special mounts and class-specific items.
Players who participated in the recent 'Zariche Back Attack' event on April 17 and also join the 'Baium Back Attack' will be able to craft the 'Double Back Attack Memorial Potion (Event)' using two 'Certificates of Double Back Attack Week (Event)'. This potion will boost their PvE damage, defense, and blessing status for one week
