Hisense Unveils Groundbreaking RGB MiniLED Displays and Sound Innovations at IFA 2025
Hisense, a global leader in consumer electronics, made a significant impact at IFA 2025 with its theme, "AI Your Life," showcasing innovative advancements in high-quality visual and auditory entertainment. At the heart of its presentation is the world's largest RGB MiniLED television, the 116" UX, which delivers a cinema-like experience with pure colors and ultra-smooth gradients. As the pioneer of RGB MiniLED technology, Hisense has developed a novel approach to precise light and color control, utilizing advanced local dimming techniques, high-bit precision, and peak brightness of up to 8000 nits while accurately reproducing 100% of the BT.2020 color space. This results in lifelike transitions, vibrant hues, and exceptional clarity.
Powered by Hisense's most advanced processor, the Hi-View AI Engine X, local dimming evolves from brightness control to integrated light and color manageability. This system dynamically mixes red, green, and blue, synchronizing backlighting with pixel-perfect color and brightness. Frame optimization for image, sound, and settings occurs in real time, enhancing the viewing experience. For gamers, the 116UX features a 165Hz Ultra Game Mode with native VRR for incredibly fluid and responsive gameplay.
Additionally, Hisense, in partnership with Dolby, presented the world’s first public demonstration of Dolby Vision 2, a next-generation technology that enhances visual experiences through smart content, cinematic details, and environmental consciousness. This technology will initially roll out on Hisense RGB MiniLED televisions via an OTA update, marking a significant milestone in their collaboration. The TVs are powered by the MediaTek Pentonic 800 chipset.
In the home audio sphere, the HT SATURN sound system, finely tuned by Devialet, delivers immersive 4.1.2 surround sound with Dolby Atmos, DTSX, and Virtual Surround, further complementing Hisense televisions.
The AI Cinema segment saw the expansion of Hisense's TriChroma laser home cinema solution with the L9Q model. Offering 5000 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 50001, this projector delivers vivid imagery with deep blacks and sharp details, even in bright environments. Projector sizes range from 80” to 200”, featuring IMAX Enhanced and Dolby Vision support for a premium cinematic experience. Collaborating with the Opéra de Paris, Devialet has transformed Hisense televisions into acoustic masterpieces.
The Laser Mini Projector C2 Ultra can project up to 300 inches, turning any space into a cinema or gaming arena. It was specifically designed with gamers in mind, promising ultra-low latency and brilliant projection.
Hisense’s laser innovations have garnered industry accolades, with the PT1 and M2 Pro being recognized as the world’s first laser projectors certified by SGS for low visual fatigue (WVF). Their WVF ratings of 2.98 and 2.86 fall below the industry average of 4, and the PT1 also holds SGS certification for carbon footprint. These achievements reflect Hisense's commitment to health and sustainability in technology.
From smart displays to immersive sound and gaming solutions, Hisense's presence at IFA 2025 showcases its transition into an AI-driven lifestyle era.
