The list shines a spotlight on European hotels, with an impressive total of 17 establishments making the cut. Italy leads the way with nine entries, including notable mentions such as Hotel Cipriani at No. 72, Casa Maria Luigia at No. 82, and Portrait Milano at No. 99. Sweden's Ett Hem at No. 89 and Türkiye's Maçakızı at No. 96 are also highlighted as notable choices that showcase the diversity of luxury accommodations across Europe.
Ranked at No. 51, the Aman Nai Lert in Bangkok takes the position of the best hotel on the extended list. Asia is prominently featured, with 16 additional hotels making appearances. Hot spots such as Hong Kong and Kyoto claim two entries each, including The Peninsula Hong Kong at No. 54 and the Aman Kyoto at No. 74. India's representation on this prestigious list includes three hotels—the Johri at No. 93 and Amanbagh at No. 100 round out the region’s offerings.
