Exclusive Cheese and Wine Pairing Event

On June 28, 2025, architect developer, Inc. (hereafter called ADI) hosted a special event exclusively for members of the LiVLi CLUB at DEAN & DELUCA in Hiroo. LiVLi CLUB is a members-only community for residents living in ADI-managed properties, and it aims to enhance residents' living satisfaction through various programs that encourage interaction among them. This event marked the third installment of a popular series, and as with previous sessions, it attracted significant interest, filling each session with a capacity of 10 participants on the same day they were announced.

During the seminar, attendees were guided by cheese professional Yuta Deui, who expertly navigated participants through six different cheese and wine combinations, including both red and white options, as well as spices and jams. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and laughter as participants discussed their tasting experiences, showcasing the delightful connections formed around food and drink.

What is LiVLi CLUB?

LiVLi CLUB is restricted to residents of ADI-managed properties and offers a plethora of activities that range from fitness to cultural experiences. Its purpose is to foster community connections among residents and increase their living satisfaction. Throughout the year, the club organizes a total of 22 events that include collaborations with external companies, receiving high praise from its members. These initiatives not only help to expand the community but also enhance the brand value, drawing the interest of property owners and stakeholders alike.

About DEAN & DELUCA

Founded in 1977 in New York's Soho district, DEAN & DELUCA is a gourmet food store that collects the world's finest delicacies. In Japan, it operates 19 market stores, 27 cafes, one specialty wine store, and an online shop. They offer a wide range of lifestyle products, seasonal menus, wines, and kitchen goods, making it a go-to destination for food lovers.

The instructor for this seminar, Yuta Deui, holds several notable qualifications, including Food Master within DEAN & DELUCA and a Certified Cheese Professional (C.P.A.). With a robust background in culinary arts, patisserie hygiene, and food labeling certification, he is truly an expert in the field. He emphasized during the event that cheese is not just a food item but an intriguing substance that connects history, culture, geography, and science. His goal was to demystify the perception surrounding the high price and complexity of cheese, making it accessible for everyday enjoyment akin to meat or vegetables.

Voices from Participants

The seminar's attendees, all of whom were treated to a full house experience, expressed significant joy as they explored the various wine and cheese combinations. The event concluded with participants enjoying shopping with special shopping tickets received as seminar benefits. Many remarked, "I tasted combinations I typically wouldn’t try, discovering new favorites," and "It was fun engaging with friends while also broadening my appreciation for cheese," reflecting the successful outcomes of the event. Moving forward, ADI's LiVLi CLUB plans to enrich its offerings with diverse programs focused on food, culture, and well-being. By expanding partnerships, it will continue to enhance residents' living experiences.
