Scheduled for March 17, 2026, the 2nd Create Your Future Conference is an exciting career event designed specifically for current university students. This conference aims to facilitate meaningful interactions between students and professionals from diverse industries, providing young individuals the opportunity to explore their career aspirations and reflect on their role in addressing societal challenges.

What is the Create Your Future Conference?

In our rapidly changing society, many students experience uncertainty and confusion regarding their future careers. The Create Your Future Conference serves as a platform to encourage students to actively engage in conversations about their career paths and the social issues facing their communities. Following the success of the inaugural event, the second conference will once again include group discussions between students and guest speakers to enhance interpersonal connections and deepen reflections on their futures.

Participants will listen to industry leaders from sectors such as regional revitalization, entertainment (including e-sports), and human resources, gaining insights into the values and mindsets of those actively working in their chosen fields. This exposure will allow students to contemplate their own career trajectories and the impact they wish to create within society.

The conference invites students who are pondering questions like: “What jobs suit me?” “As I prepare for job hunting, how can I envision my career?” and “How can I become a contributor to society, especially when I'm unsure of what I can offer?” We encourage all interested students to take part in this enlightening experience.

Program Overview

- Opening Ceremony
- Panel Discussion (30 minutes)

This segment will engage participants in a dynamic discussion on topics such as: “What traits do interviewers seek in candidates?” “How can I turn my passions into a career?” and “What practical steps can be taken to address social issues?” Questions collected from the official Instagram will be addressed as much as possible.

- Group Talk (Pre-Sustainable Academia Experience) (45 minutes)

We will conduct a workshop to tackle perceptions of social issues and brainstorm possible actions for resolution. This is a chance to interact with fellow students and industry professionals. Let’s explore questions like, “What social issues exist today?” “What initiatives are currently being pursued?” and “What can I personally contribute?”

- Sustainable Academia Information Session (15 minutes)

Attendees will learn more about the offerings and benefits of Sustainable Academia.

- Closing Ceremony (5 minutes)

Koji Takagi - President, Life Reversal Gaming, Inc.
From a young age, Koji was captivated by the world of gaming, playing series like Mario Kart with his brother. He gained recognition competing in national tournaments during his student years. After graduating from Hosei University and working in a trading company, he co-founded Life Reversal Gaming, Inc. in 2020. He now dedicates his efforts to creating new values in gaming, focusing on social contribution and educational use, alongside running the YouTube channel “THE TAKAGI BROTHERS.”

Two additional speakers will also be featured at the event.
