New DLC 'Artifacts' for Two Point Museum Scheduled for Release
SEGA has officially announced that the highly anticipated DLC,
'Artifacts', for the unique museum management simulation game,
Two Point Museum, will be available on May 7, 2026. This exciting downloadable content, developed by Two Point Studios, will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). A special release for Nintendo Switch 2 is also planned for a later date.
Dive into a World of Art
With the introduction of the 'Artifacts' DLC, players will now have the opportunity to collect and create a wide variety of art exhibits. This includes inspiration drawn from real-world art pieces such as
'Two Point Gothic' and
'Truffle Pig Print', bringing unique artistic expressions into the gameplay.
Additionally, the DLC brings a new layer of interactivity with exhibits that include not only paintings and sculptures but also performance art and innovative experiences reminiscent of 1980s music videos through dramatic shows. This enriches the player's museum exhibits, pushing creative boundaries beyond previous designs.
Create Your Own Masterpieces
Within the new
'Studio Room,' players can commission art experts to create original works. Various artistic techniques can be selected during the creation process, resulting in different finishes and impacts on visitors' emotions. Additionally, a new exploration map,
'Zara's Sketchbook,' will allow art experts to enhance their expression skills through a learning experience.
Features Included in the 'Artifacts' DLC:
- - New museum stage: 'Andy Docks'
- - Introduction of a new specialist type: Art Expert
- - An all-new exploration map: 'Zara's Sketchbook'
- - 27 unique art exhibits
- - New souvenir items
- - Café items themed around art
- - Five new interactive art experiences
- - Themed items and decorations inspired by art
- - An 'Art Studio' for creating original art pieces
This evolution into a museum and art gallery allows players to put their creative vision into action, transcending typical management gameplay.
