100BANCH's Unique Conference: Hello Future 2026
On July 7, 2026, 100BANCH is set to celebrate its 9th anniversary with an exciting conference, "Hello Future: The Human-Only Meeting 2026." This event goes beyond conventional discussions and aims to foster creativity through dialogue among participants, focusing on the significance of creation in the age of generative AI.
The Essence of Creation in a New Era
With the rapid evolution of generative AI, the dynamics of production—from visuals to music, programs, and designs—are changing at an unprecedented pace. As we navigate this shift, fundamental questions emerge about the essence of creation itself: Why do we want to create? What do we wish to create? As AI assumes more roles traditionally held by humans, many individuals are prompted to reflect on what uniquely human contributions remain. The values surrounding personal sentiment, philosophy, and the explicit intention to shape the future may very well hold greater significance than ever before.
100BANCH is home to numerous projects driven by this pure impulse to create. As we approach 2026, participants will bring forth their excitement and uncertainties surrounding the future, returning to the fundamental meaning of creation.
The conference is designed to be an experimental space for dialogue rather than an event where predefined answers are shared. Attendees will contribute their questions and potential discrepancies to create a collaborative atmosphere where ideas can flourish and evolve. Drawing on concepts from Open Space Technology (OST), the conference will facilitate discussions around an unseen future, making it a day to remember.
Engaging Participants and Speakers
Around 30 project leaders who are engaged in activities at 100BANCH will also participate in these dialogues, hoping to ignite a sense of vitality and rekindle individual passions for creation among attendees. The overall aim is to create a space where every individual’s thoughts and ideas are valued, further enriching the dialogue.

Understanding Open Space Technology (OST)
Open Space Technology, proposed by American organizational development consultant Harrison Owen, is a participatory dialogue method designed to generate ideas and actions through open discussions. Participants can propose topics they wish to talk about, gathering with others who share their interests to engage in meaningful conversations. Unlike traditional events with predetermined speakers and discussions, OST allows the participants to shape the dialogue and its themes, making it a uniquely personalized experience.
Anyone can join, whether you have a defined topic to discuss or simply have an interest in particular themes. This open approach fosters unexpected meetings and dialogues, encouraging the birth of fresh perspectives and ideas for the future.
