During this eight-day event, the bar will introduce its new signature drink, the "Miyamasu Lemon Sour," which has been crafted with care and precision. Additionally, a limited supply of the "Domestic Green Lemon Sour" will be available, and the ambiance will be further enhanced with a special appearance by "Lemon Samurai," renowned for his passion for lemon sours.

New Signature Drink: Miyamasu Lemon Sour

The Miyamasu Lemon Sour is a refreshing twist that combines fragrant spices with the zesty flavor of lemon, creating an extraordinary craft lemon sour experience. Made with Setoda lemons from Hiroshima, this drink features a harmonious balance of sweetness and tartness, amplified by unique original spices. It promises to become a staple on the Shibuya Shitan menu long after the event ends.

The event will also showcase the "Domestic Green Lemon Sour" priced at 900 yen (tax included), which showcases the rich flavors of Kochi's Black Tide Green Lemon. With aromatic oils from the peel and juicy pulp providing an invigorating burst of taste, this drink offers a unique lemon experience available only during this special season.

Special Souvenirs and Pairings

As part of the event, guests are invited to enjoy their lemon sours alongside delectable Japanese-style snacks known as "Zeppin" at Shibuya Shitan. Each guest ordering one of the lemon sours and any of the accompanying snacks will receive a limited-edition original can badge as a souvenir.

On the final day of the event, September 15, the well-known "Lemon Samurai," Mr. Yoshihiro Suzuki, will join alongside his producer, Mr. Takayuki Satō, for a day full of lemony excitement. Known as the "ultimate lemon sour fanatic," Mr. Suzuki has traveled extensively, sampling hundreds of lemon sour varieties, and will bring his expertise and passion to the Shibuya Shitan.
